Why should I use Haste video interviews?
For 2 reasons:

1. Easy and Convenient for recruiters and candidates.

Stop wasting your valuable time and resources scheduling interviews. Haste allows you to receive and review responses at a time that suits you as well as giving you the rich insights you would get from a face to face interview

2. Because standard user interviews waste a startups valuable resources.

Traditional job interviews are incredibly time and energy intensive. Instead, with async video interviews, you can receive the rich insights you need, faster, easier, and more often. Haste allows you to shortlist candidates' applications much easier. You can use Haste to receive applications and shortlist only the best candidates.
Do you offer any support for this product?
Yes, we do! If you have any issues using Haste, creating videos, collecting responses, or just want to give us some feedback, just shoot us an email at contact@usehaste.io and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
How can I share video interviews with users?
Once you’ve created your first video interview, you’ll receive a unique link you can share with users. Some of the ways you can share the link include:

1.  Sending the link directly to a candidate via email or website
2. Attaching the link to a button in a marketing email
3. Creating your own widget by attaching the link to a button on your website or application
How do I purchase for my entire team?
Both our plans are designed for individuals and teams. You can create up to 3 video interviews completely free with Haste, and once you go over the limit you can upgrade to a pro plan.

Each account supports unlimited users, but one set of sign in credentials, meaning you can share your sign in credentials with the rest of the team for them to use. Because of this, we recommend using a team email address to sign up (e.g. marketing@companyname.com), should you wish for other members of the team to use Haste.
How many questions can I record per video interview?
Currently, you can record up to 4 questions per interview, with a maximum duration of 10 minutes per video on the free plan. This allows you to send multiple questions to users at once, providing your users with convenience as they are then able to batch responses. Upgrade to pro for unlimited questions.
Can my users respond using audio only?
Of course, each user has the option to choose either video or audio, that way they feel more comfortable, and you retain rich insights with tones and emotions.

How do I import my email address list?
Uploading your mailing lists to SaaSFlow is supereasy. Just create a .txt or .csv file with all the addresses and click on the add member/members option on your dashboard.
How many emails am I allowed to send per month?
No matter what plan you choose, there is no limit to the number of emails you can send out per month.
Do you offer non-profit discounts?
SaaSFlow offers discounts to nonprofit agencies and lists for personal non-commercial usage. You can check out the terms and restrictions for the discount here.
